Each paid plan includes a set number of team members, and every additional member is charged at the rate shown on that plan. There is no time clock to buy, so hardware is not part of your cost. Enterprise is the only plan priced by quote.

Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference for the rest of the billing period. A downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
How does the free trial work?
Paid plans include a free trial, and the trial length is shown on the plan. No credit card required to start. Cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled according to our Terms of Service. Contact us if you believe a billing adjustment is needed.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Verified non-profits and educational organizations may be eligible for special pricing. Contact sales to discuss eligibility.
Does the shared tablet check that a real person is present?
Every plan matches the photo taken at the tablet against enrolled faces. Professional and Enterprise add a live check that resists a photo or video held up to the camera.
