Delete your QuTime or PureOA account and data
QuTime and PureOA are SVDY apps. This page explains how to request deletion of the SVDY worker profile used by either app, what is deleted or retained, and how to request deletion of selected data without deleting your account.
Request account deletion in QuTime or PureOA
QuTime and PureOA are provided by SVDY.
• Open QuTime or PureOA and sign in.
• Tap Profile.
• Tap Privacy.
• Tap Request deletion, then confirm.
The request applies to the shared SVDY worker profile you use for that organization. If your organization uses both apps, deleting that profile ends your access to both QuTime and PureOA for that organization.
If you cannot sign in, email legal@svdy.com from the email associated with your account and include the app name and your organization name.
What happens after your request
Your request is recorded immediately and starts a 30-day grace period. During that period, contact your organization administrator if you want to cancel the request. At or after day 30, your SVDY worker profile is terminated, its personal data is irreversibly anonymized, and the link between that profile and your SVDY sign-in identity is removed, so the deleted profile can no longer be used in QuTime or PureOA.
Data deleted or anonymized
The following data is removed from or anonymized in your SVDY worker profile:
• Profile data: name, work email, phone number, date of birth, avatar, and emergency-contact details.
• Face data (if your organization uses QuTime): stored face template or image, biometric consent and review state, and the enrolled face used for matching.
• Clock-in photos (QuTime): stored image objects and their database references.
If you only use PureOA, there is no face data or clock-in photo to delete, because PureOA does not capture those images.
Data that may be retained
Your employer is normally the controller of employment records and may be required to retain them. Attendance timestamps and summaries, schedules, leave records, PureOA request titles and form values, approval decisions, comments, follow-up tasks, and processing or audit history may remain under an anonymized worker record for the duration of your employer's subscription and for any longer period required by labor, tax, legal-hold, or other applicable law. If the organization's subscription is cancelled, remaining organization data is retained for up to 90 days and then hard-deleted unless a legal hold applies.
A separate SVDY sign-in or security record, or access you use for another organization or SVDY product, is not automatically deleted by a worker-profile request. Email legal@svdy.com if you also want us to review deletion of that separate identity.
Delete selected data without deleting your account
Face data (QuTime): you can delete face data while keeping your account.
• Open QuTime and tap Profile.
• Tap Sign-in security.
• Tap Face matching.
• Tap Revoke + delete, then confirm.
This immediately withdraws biometric consent, deletes the stored face template or image and the face-matching enrollment, and disables face matching until you enroll again. Your account and employment or attendance records remain.
Other selected data (PureOA and general): email legal@svdy.com from the email associated with your account, use the subject "PureOA data deletion", and tell us your organization name and exactly which data you want removed. We verify your identity, coordinate with your organization as the controller of its records, delete what can be deleted, and tell you which records must be kept for legal or audit reasons.
Withdrawing a PureOA request, or removing a comment in the app, hides it from the interface but is not equivalent to a full data erasure — workflow and audit history may remain. Use the email above if you need the underlying record reviewed for deletion.
Questions, or unable to access the app? Email legal@svdy.com from the email associated with your account. Use the subject "QuTime or PureOA account deletion", and tell us which app you use and your organization name. We verify identity before processing a request.
